If you haven't noticed already, Trilogy loves acronyms.ER3 stands for Relationships, Recognition & Re-energize! They are the core behind our monthly employee celebrations. To motivate employees to achieve organizational goals, we need to create a work environment with strong, respectful and supportive relationships among leaders, supervisors and employees. To do that, there must be a focus on frequently providing sincere appreciation for specific employee achievements, service milestones and performance excellence.
Re-energizing employees through recognition, and developing healthy relationships positively affects business results such as customer service “CSS”, employee satisfaction “ESS”, staff productivity, attendance, employee turnover, budget adherence, cost-control, and financial results. Employee turnover is a formidable challenge. Providing regular, meaningful ER3 celebrations will help engage employees to ensure our culture is alive and well throughout the organization. We must use every available means to attract and retain the best employees and keep them engaged. Our ER3 is a celebration purposely aligned with Trilogy’s culture to support our goal of being The Best Place to Work. ER3s are regular events planned for employees to be recognized, build relationships and be re-energized.
