Give all attendees color swatches (free from local paint store). To encourage them to find colors that calm them, ideas may be: soothing blues; inner piece violets; love pink; or take a break aqua.
Happy Thought Bubbles: It is amazing when happy thoughts and ideas spontaneously produce themselves. Pass out a small bottle of bubbles to all attendees. Encourage them to take a deep breathe and blow out happy thoughts (to share for others or for themselves!)
