Attire: Robes, yoga pants, eye masks for accessories, fuzzy socks, yoga pants, workout gear
Decorations: ER3 Banner, warm colors blue, green, purple, paper lanterns, LED candles sets for tables (which can be used as prizes)
Food: Fruit smoothie bar using fresh fruit & vegetables (could include blueberries, avocado, mango, kale etc.), organic snack bars (Kind or Lara bar brand), other organic fresh foods, flavored sparkling water.
Games or Relax/Recharge Services for Staff:
My Calm Colors Pallet Activity: Our bodies and minds are very responsive to the energy of color. By gazing upon certain colors has been show to have a physiological affect! Give all attendees color swatches (free from local paint store). To encourage them to find colors that calm them, ideas may be: soothing blues; inner piece violets; love pink; or take a break aqua.
Happy Thought Bubbles: It is amazing when happy thoughts and ideas spontaneously produce themselves. Pass out a small bottle of bubbles to all attendees. Encourage them to take a deep breathe and blow out happy thoughts (to share for others or for themselves!)
Hire a local massage therapist to come to campus and provide massages through out the day on this ER3! Set up a nice quite space, possibly add a diffuser or calm lavender scent and soft lights to the peaceful are you create for staff to relax and recharge.
Essential Oils / Aromatherapy Spa: invite someone who has knowledge of aromatherapy to assist and educate staff on these techniques for relaxation.
