Games:
- Scavenger hunt – divide into groups of 4 or 5 individuals. All teams must complete as many items on list as possible within 15 minutes. The team with the most wins a gift (ex. Trilogy coffee mug or tumbler). List: Splenda packet, picture with resident drinking coffee (Must be taken by photographer with yellow badge), green Starbucks stirrer or Starbucks cup sleeve, etc.
- Coffee cup balance (similar to egg race) with cold/lukewarm water in coffee mug on head (use Styrofoam so it doesn’t break). First person to finish wins a prize!
- Recognition Train – gather everyone in a circle, and each person says something they are thankful for – could be a colleague, could be a resident, could be something personal!
Prize ideas:
- Instead of prizes for a few employees, provide a small gift for everyone such as instant coffee (Starbucks Via) or chocolate covered coffee beans.
- Larger prizes – Keurig, Nespresso, French Press, Pour Over set, Set of specialty coffee mugs, bag of coffee beans, etc.
